Softwares and tools I prefer or use daily.
Here’s a collection of the tools and gear I use to build software, stay productive, and sometimes just have fun exploring new tech.
AI Tools
Claude Code
My AI agent for autonomous, multi-step coding tasks. I run it from the terminal and it handles entire workflows — editing files, running tests, and making decisions — without me guiding every step. A step beyond assistance into actual agency.
Cursor
My AI pair programmer inside the editor. I use it for inline autocomplete, quick edits, and context-aware chat while actively writing code. Think of it as AI assistance; Claude Code is AI agency.
ChatGPT
I use ChatGPT daily for brainstorming, drafting, debugging, and exploring ideas quickly. It's become an essential part of how I think through problems.
Development Tools
Microsoft Visual Studio Code
I have been using MS Visual Studio Code for many projects so far and it’s still my first choice if there isn’t specific reason to choose other. 💪
IntelliJ IDEA
The second IDE I choose for JAVA or Python related projects.
Design
Figma
I am not a designer, but pretty much love this tool as a frontend engineer.
Productivity and Communication
Slack
I love Slack for work-related communications, enjoy the features like huddle, and abilities to integrate with other services for version control, project management and more.
Jira
Jira is ideal for tracking bugs, issues, and the progress of agile projects and I have been using it for years now.
Clickup
I’ve used Clickup for the first time while I am working in a company and I had an amazing experience with it. Since then I have been using it for organizing my daily tasks including shopping. 😇
Trello
Great tool for managing projects and tracking progress of tasks.
Linear
It hasn’t been long to use this, but the experience is smooth when tracking 🐛 & issues
